Project
The neoBIM project aims to develop and implement a new Building Information Modeling (BIM) tool that offers a comprehensive, innovative and efficient solution to the challenges of the architecture, engineering and construction industry.
The aim is to integrate a wide range of functions that cover the entire life cycle of a construction project - from design to completion and beyond as a digital twin of the building object.
The integration of generative artificial intelligence, machine learning and cloud computing will create intuitive user interfaces and advanced data analysis functions. This will simplify and optimize integral and collaborative planning approaches.
The ecological aspects in focus of the project include the integration of life cycle assessments to accompany planning and support for efficient energy planning. The aim is to make building emissions measurable and comparable and to create effective opportunities for optimization in order to reduce the ecological footprint of construction projects.
As part of the InvestBW-funded project, the BLM is supporting the conception and integration of modules on the innovative topics of sustainable construction, integration of AI and collaborative data management.
