Five good reasons for architects to work out their planning not only in 3D, but also in compliance with BIM: Saving time when drawing, avoiding errors, transparency in planning, reading out building plans across programs and trades and fast rendering.
The current software is multidimensional and comes with many tools that minimize hard work and simplify communication with project participants.
The seminar provides an introduction to the current version of ARCHICAD. The seminar covers the basics of modeling, how to use the modeling tools, how to control the display type of individual drawings, plan design and the basic requirements for working with BIM. The seminar takes place online. Previous knowledge is not necessary.

Prerequisites for participation are:

An internet connection for the entire duration of the seminar. An MS Teams university account. The current version of ARCHICAD.
Schedule: Weekly 1.5h lecture with exercises. Weekly supervision.

Submission: Exercise project file as *.pla, one plan as *.pdf
Bi-weekly submission of the CAD data, the work is supervised and corrected.
Examination of a different kind: Planning elaboration (CAD file, PDF)
